About Us
Veronica and Suncica bring extensive experience and expertise in the field of therapy and coaching. Over two decades, they have worked with a diverse range of clients: Veronica as a psychotherapist in the non-profit sector working with individuals experiencing complex trauma and challenging life circumstances and Suncica as a Systemic Coach in business environments with highly accomplished and influential individuals at the peak of their success.
This broad, expansive lens of human experience enables them to understand the blockages as well as the common conditions for unleashing human potential and flourishment. Understanding both the gifts and limitations of talking therapies, they decided to enhance their expertise by integrating holistic practices into their work. This commitment to excellence and learning in their respective professions unfolded into a profound journey of self-discovery and expansion.
Thus, Inbeing was born. A haven where decades of coaching and therapy expertise blend seamlessly with age-old practices of meditation, embodiment, breathwork, legal plant medicine, and more- their effectiveness and wisdom now proven by modern science.
Their approach involves creating nurturing communities that are deeply connected and committed to individual growth. They recognize that personal development is not a linear process, but involves carefully curated, immersive experiences and supportive environments.

Sunčica (Nuna) Getter, MCC, MA, is a highly acclaimed systemic coach, consultant, and educator specialising in transformational leadership development and culture change. She has worked globally with leading organisations, academic institutions, governments, and NGOs, guiding and supporting CEOs, founders, social entrepreneurs, academics and artists enhance their leadership capacity and navigate change.
Having worked with myriad individuals and systems, she has identified a universal thread: if you help people enhance their self-awareness and establish clear intentions, and support them in taking wise and purposeful action, they can enjoy greater vitality, creativity, and lead a more fulfilled life.
Sunčica’s own personal and professional experiences have deepened her belief that an integrative, holistic approach, combined with supportive communities, can help people improve their wellbeing and growth.
As well as being a Master Certified Coach, Sunčica is also a certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher and embodiment practitioner. She is a published translator of poetry and fiction and enjoys theatre, art, pottery, long river walks, and sunsets.
She lives in West London with her two grown-up daughters.

Veronica is a highly experienced and compassionate Integrative Psychotherapist. Having lived and worked in various countries, she is particularly attuned to the complexities of multicultural societies. With over 20 years of experience working with adults in the non-profit sector who have experienced trauma, Veronica is skilled in addressing trauma-related concerns with sensitivity and empathy. She has a deep understanding of the transformative power of meditation, community engagement, embodiment practices, and spirituality within the healing process. This integrative approach closely aligns her with her clients’ best hopes and needs, promoting healing, resilience, and flourishing.
In addition to her traditional training in Counselling Psychology, she holds certifications as a Mindfulness Meditation teacher, EMDR practitioner, and Non-linear Movement Method teacher.
Veronica also has a keen interest in exploring the therapeutic potential of expanded states of consciousness through Breathwork and plant medicine, in particular Cacao and Psilocybin. In 2022 she completed a two-year certification program training as a Psychedelic Practitioner with Synthesis Institute in Holland and is undertaking training as a Holotropic Breathworker. She currently offers support to individuals who have undergone psychedelic experiences in their integration process.
She lives with her family in London, enjoys spending time in nature, practising Qigong, reading and going for long walks with her dog.
